Environmental Management Associates, Inc. (EMA) was founded in 1985 and is a professional environmental consulting firm specializing in environmental assessment and regulatory affairs support services. EMA's offices in  both Southern and Northern California enable EMA to support clients and project sites throughout the western United States.
